The Springfield Farmers’ Market s held on Clinton Street in
Springfield, VT, every Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM,
rain or shine. The location, generously made available to the
Market by SRDC, is the grassy area at the head of the
Toonerville Trail. It is easy to access off Clinton Street,
and safe and ample parking is available.
The last outdoor market of the season is part of the annual VT
Apple Festival, and is held from 9 AM to 4 PM at Riverside
Middle School on the Saturday of Indigenous Peoples’
Weekend in October.
The only Saturday on which there will not be an outdoor Farmers’
Market is the 3rd Saturday in June, when the area becomes part
of the Springfield Alumni celebrations.
Vendors at the outdoor markets offer a wide array of quality products.
Shoppers will find naturally-raised beef, pork, and sausages,
artisan breads, original art and unique gifts, jewelry, delicious
confections, just-picked local organically-grown produce,
free-range eggs, pies, doughnuts, and baked goods, flowers,
plants, natural honey, authentic hand-crafted batik clothing and
accessories, a full range of maple products, beeswax candles, hand-loomed fabrics, jams, jellies, pickles, and relishes.
The Springfield Farmers’ Market is a participant in the VT Farm-to- Family coupon program, and our vendors are happy to assist
in finding the best fresh vegetables and fruits at exceptional prices.
